This Gift Card Policy applies to all gift cards issued or sold by sciconsports.com (“we”, “our”, “us”) through our e-commerce channels, unless otherwise stated. By purchasing, receiving, or using a gift card, the customer (“you”) agrees to the following terms.

1. Types of Gift Cards

We issue two distinct types of gift cards:

• Purchased Gift Cards: gift cards bought directly from us.
• Promotional / Free Gift Cards: gift cards provided at no charge as part of a promotion, loyalty reward, campaign or special offer.

2. Validity & Redeemability

a. Purchased Gift Cards

• Valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase.
• In countries where consumer-protection laws require a longer minimum validity period, the longer period will automatically apply.
• Redeemable online at sciconsports.com (or the relevant regional website) for any eligible product unless stated otherwise.
• After expiration, any remaining balance will be forfeited unless local law provides otherwise.

b. Promotional / Free Gift Cards

• Valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of issue unless the specific promotion states a different period.
• Non-transferable unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• Not refundable, not exchangeable for cash, and any unused balance expires at the end of the validity period.
• Promotional gift cards may legally expire even in countries where purchased gift cards have longer mandatory validity.

3. How to Redeem

• Gift cards can be redeemed online by entering the code during checkout in the “Discount code or gift card” field.
• Gift cards may be combined with other payment methods unless restricted by law or promotional terms.
• Gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

a. Purchased Gift Cards

• Once issued and delivered, purchased gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• If an order paid with a gift card is cancelled or refunded, we will return the refunded amount back to the same gift card (or issue a replacement), in accordance with applicable law.

b. Promotional / Free Gift Cards

• Promotional gift cards have no monetary value and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
• If a promotion ends early or is changed, we may cancel or adjust the promotional card in line with any mandatory laws in your country.

5. Balance & Transfers

• You can check your gift card balance by logging into your account at sciconsports.com.
• Purchased Gift Cards may be transferred to another person unless the terms of purchase state otherwise.
• Promotional / Free Gift Cards are generally non-transferable unless the specific offer allows it.

6. Regional & Currency Details

• Gift cards are issued in a specific currency and are valid only on the corresponding regional sciconsports.com website.
• Cross-border or cross-currency redemption is not allowed.
